I do screens off 2 hours before and when I start to feel tired I do the front door checks and make camomile tea. I then watch sitcoms till I start to nod off, then go to bed.

I’m a dv outreach worker and I’ve done a lot or research. This man may be a dv abuser, he could also be an incel or similar. No decent man thinks this way and happily most men disagree.

Dv abusers are narcissists who have wildly unrealistic expectations for women, whilst simultaneously having no respect for them. No woman could possibly live up to his impossible expectations, and he kinda sees his partner as his property.

Incels are more complicated to work out. Best summary I can give is they’re often riddled with self hatred and issues they fail to work on.

Worked in a hotel. Manager worked us to the bone for 12 hours at a time and screamed at us constantly. Also robbed our tips. It was long, hard, stressful days for minimum wage.
